Paul Harmon
President
I have lived in Livingston County all of my life. I am a 1998 Graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in financing. I have been licensed in real estate for 25 years. I am a third generation Realtor and the broker/owner of Harmon Real Estate which was established in 1946 by my grandparents Gordon & Gladys Harmon. I currently serve on the board for the Livingston County Association of Realtors, Fowlerville Downtown Development Authority, Fowlerville Rotary and the Fowlerville Local Development Financing Authority. I am married to my wife Heather and we have
3 boys Zach, Jon and Nick. In my spare time I enjoy watching sports and playing golf.
Karl Witt
Vice President
I’m a third generation Fowlerville native. I spent my early years on our family dairy farm north of town, spending an equal amount of time in the house and in the barn. After graduating from Fowlerville High School in 2003 and completing a school to work program by the Associated Builders & Contractors, I was already plotting out my future, which I’ve stayed true to chasing; I’m the Founder and President of KW Corporation, a nationwide technology provider, headquartered right here, in Fowlerville. My love for this town, our industry and my family runs deep. I serve on the DDA and FBA board, along with several other committees, including the Rotary. I am action-oriented, so take pride in being heavily involved in growing my hometown and supporting it in any way that I can. I’m blessed to have my wife, Megan and our three children: Lyndsey, Hudson and Morgan. I am thankful for my wife, who is understanding of my eager goals of making this town the BEST place to live so that our kids grow up to love it as much as I do. I will always be family first, but it is a blessing that she supports my busy schedule, including staying involved with KW as much as I can, operating additional business ventures that I’ve taken on throughout the years and attending a lot of Fowlerville things, most of the time, with her by my side. Simply put, I am a smalltown, family man who believes this great town is just warming up!

I grew up in Farmington Hills. Married my husband, Don, in 1995. We have three children, Dylan, Josh and Livvie. We moved to Fowlerville in 2004. I have worked as the Administrator for the Fowlerville Business Association since 2014.
Brent Pietila
Board Member
I am an independent Insurance Agent located in Fowlerville, MI. I have been working with the Hartland Insurance Agency since 2018. My passion for insurance comes from knowing that I have the ability to protect people and their family members when something unexpected happens. I am currently the Vice President for the Fowlerville Rotary Club. I have lived in Livingston County my entire life with my wife, Jennifer, and our daughter, Elliana. In my free time, I am either watching sports, spending time with family, or out on the lake fishing.
Ashley Van Gilder

I grew up in the awesome little town of Fowlerville. After graduation I ventured off to Grand Valley State University to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy. Shortly after returning home, I realized that a lifelong passion and hobby of mine was leading my heart in a direction different than where my degree was pointing me. During the winter of 2016, I decided to take a great leap of faith and pursue what felt like "just a dream" of mine. I began hand making and repurposing furniture and décor and spent most of my weekends traveling to shows and markets across the state to showcase and sell my creations. In 2017, I decided to take my dream to the next level and open a storefront in my hometown, and as they say “the rest is history!” My husband is a 3rd generation farmer of Fowlerville, so we have planted our roots and we are here to stay. We love our small town and we are passionate about helping make Fowlerville a fun town to visit, support and raise our children in. I am thankful to be part of the FBA as I share the same belief that our town is rich in history and worthy of an amazing future!
Mary Tumbarella

I am the Branch Sales Manager at Huntington Bank's Fowlerville Branch. I have over 20 years of
retail banking experience. My favorite thing about working in banking, is the people. I love to serve the
public. I have over 800 hours of community service in Livingston County. I have been married for 29
years and have 3 grown children. I enjoy live music, camping, and spending time with my family. I have
been a member of the FBA since 2017. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the Fowlerville
Community as a newly elected FBA board member!
Sarah Gebhart

I grew up in St. Clair Shores, graduated with a bachelor’s in history from Eastern, and spent a large portion of my twenties traveling and living throughout the US and Europe. In 2011, I returned to Michigan, and in 2013 decided to start my own business helping small businesses with their bookkeeping and other operational tasks, which led to me enrolling at Walsh College for a master’s in accounting. My husband, Jeff, and I built a house in Linden in 2016, where I started to get involved in the community by serving on the Planning Commission and the Library Board. In 2020, we found my dream home by accident, and as sad as we were to leave Linden, we are very happy to be in Fowlerville. Today, SMP Business & Tax Services, LLC continues to help small businesses with all of their accounting, payroll, and tax needs, as well as providing tax planning, preparation, and resolution services to individuals and any other entity who may need it. In my spare time, I like to explore this great little town, run, golf, read, and cook.
